Elim Valley is a large master planned community near the city of St. George, Utah. Elim Valley is located just minutes away from Sand Hollow Reservoir, and a 15 minute drive from downtown St. George. The beautiful Zion National Park is around a 30 minute drive away.
The community can be accessed from Sand Hollow Road, where residents and visitors are greeted by a wall of trees and a well-manicured entryway with a fountain. It is a truly beautiful place to live - with everything you need, including large grass areas for games, tall mature trees for added shade, and views to die for.

The real estate market in this community is composed of single-family homes and townhomes, both of which are designed in the similar architectural styles. As Elim Valley is still in the process of being developed, there are still vacant lots and land where future homes will be. As such, the homes and townhomes are all new construction, many of which have just been built this year.
In regards to price point, Elim Valley is quite luxurious. Townhomes for sale near the million-dollar mark, and detached homes begin at similar price points. However, properties are quite large; even townhomes have multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, and start at around 2,500 square feet. The homes feature the latest technology, including smart TVs, WiFi throughout the homes, and come with full kitchens featuring granite countertops. As well, porches allow for soaking up the sun or outdoor entertaining.

Elim Valley is surrounded by some incredible hiking, biking and horse riding trails, thanks to its proximity to many excellent national parks - including Zion, Grand Canyon North Rim, Snow Canyon and Red Cliffs National Conservation Area. Every one of these are stunning and well worth a visit.
Southern Utah is a golf-lover’s dream, home to some world class facilities. Elim Valley itself has a beautiful course designed by the renowned Robert Trent Jones II. There are many other great courses surrounding St. George, such as Entrada, Dixie Hills and The Ledges.
Art lovers are just a few minutes drive away from the city of St. George, which has some amazing art museums, and there’s also the nearby Kayenta Art Village - a growing enclave of art galleries, studios and theatre.
And, if you’re in the mood to do a short road trip, the world-famous Grand Canyon is about 280 road miles to the southwest, while Las Vegas is just a 2 hour drive away!
